Campus Life
Housing
The International House is located on the central University of Michigan campus, near restaurants, shops, and entertainment… and about 10 minutes from the chemistry department, depending on how fast you walk. You will live in either a 3-person, 3-bedroom or a 2-person, 2-bedroom shared apartment that includes a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. The apartment complex has a fitness center and community space.

Amenities
The apartments are air-conditioned. All have kitchens with refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves.
NOTE: You will need to bring the usual amenities for apartment living: sheets, pillows, towels, basic kitchen utensils, plates, pots, and pans.
There are small, local food stores on campus. In general, however, you will either take the bus, or hitch rides with your new friends, to buy things at one of the larger grocery stores in Ann Arbor.
